Generally speaking, yes you can. If the transport meets an assessed need. We encourage you to speak to your aged care service provider first before using our service or you may experience an unexpected out of pocket expense.
They certainly do. All of our drivers have a minimum of a Certificate III qualification in supporting the aged or disabled as well as both paid and lived experience.

Payment can be made at the completion of the journey via invoice or over the phone. For aged care or NDIS funded services, an invoice can be sent to your service provider.
If you need to cancel your booking, please get in contact with us as soon as you are able. We have an Under 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. (https://www.stayconnectedsc.com.au/about-5)
What does this mean?
This means that if you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your booking commencing, you will be charged the full amount of your quoted booking. This covers the loss of income to our driver, as well as any admin time taken to correspond with you and prepare your quotes/invoices.
Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles currently in our fleet but we are working hard to make this part of our services.
Yes you can. We accept regular bookings and we offer discounts when you book regular services ongoing. We are committed to helping you Stay Connected with the world around you and we think planning in advance is a great way to do this.
You can request your driver wait with you between transports. This request must be made in your initial booking as we cannot guarantee the on-demand availability of driver to wait with you between transports. There is an hourly fee involved with this service request.

All our drivers have previous paid experience providing support to the elderly and/or NDIS participants.
