Our preferred form of payment is Direct Debit. When you receive your invoice, there will be payment information at the bottom of the invoice for direct debit payment.

You can also pay your invoice via a pay link. We can either send you the pay-link for you to complete the payment yourself or you can request to pay over the phone and we can process your payment through the link for you. A copy of payment through a link will generate a receipt that we will send to you upon request. Pay-links are only provided upon request.

All payments are due within 14 days of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by Stay Connected Australia.

We don't believe in hiding our fees. The cost of the service you have requested will be clearly outlined on your quote or invoice. Should you have any additional questions, please get in contact with us so that we can assist you.

If you need to cancel your booking, please get in contact with us as soon as you are able. We have an Under 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. What does this mean?

Well, what this means is that if you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your booking commencing, you will be charged the full amount of your quoted booking. This covers the loss of income to our driver, as well as any admin time taken to correspond with you and prepare your quotes/invoices.

Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles currently in our fleet but we are working hard to make this part of our services.

Yes you can. We accept regular bookings and we offer discounts when you book regular services ongoing. We are committed to helping you Stay Connected with the world around you and we think planning in advance is a great way to do this.

You can request your driver wait with you between transports. This request must be made in your initial booking as we cannot guarantee the on-demand availability of driver to wait with you between transports. There is an hourly fee involved with this service request.

They sure are! Our drivers complete a list of daily safety checks on the vehicle they drive including upholding a hygiene standard and observe cleaning procedures between each trip.
